Do you provide an on-site service?
Yes. We offer a standard on-site service which operates from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday, and a premium on-site service which operates from 6pm - 9pm Monday to Friday and 10am - 4pm on Saturdays. Our premium on-site service must be booked during our standard office opening hours.

What are your opening hours?
Our office hours are 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

Which areas do you cover?
Our service covers all of London and parts of the surrounding counties. Please call for details.

Do you cover the Congestion Charge zone?
Yes.

Do you repair laptops?
Yes. We can undertake all types of laptop repair including screens, motherboards, hard disk drives, DVD/CD drives, etc. We can also carry out upgrades, if required.

Do you repair PCs?
Yes. We can undertake all types of PC repair including motherboards, hard disk drives, power supplies, DVD/CD drives, etc. We can also carry out upgrades, if required.

Do you repair Apple Macs?
Yes.

Do you repair printers and monitors?
No.

Could I bring my equipment in for repair?
Yes. We offer a walk-in service for those customers who would prefer not to have an on-site visit. All of our repairs are carried out on our premises in our fully equipped workshop.

Do you provide a 'while-you-wait' service?
No.

What are your methods of payment?
We accept cash, cheques and all the major debit and credit cards.

If my PC or laptop is uneconomic to repair, can you supply me with a new replacement?
Yes. We are Dell Certified Partners and can also supply laptops and PCs manufactured by Sony, Toshiba, HP, Samsung, Fujitsu-Siemens, Lenovo, etc.

Do you supply printers and other hardware?
Yes. We can supply printers, multifunctions, digital cameras etc. from all the major manufacturers including Hewlett Packard, Canon and Epson.

Do you supply software?
Yes. We can supply you with the latest Microsoft Office and Windows products, and all Eset anti-virus and internet security products.
