How does banked-time work?
It's easy, buy a block of time - 3, 5, 10, 20 or 40 hours - and then use it as and when you need to.
Banked-time can be used for:
• On-site Support in 30 minute blocks (minimum 1 hour)
• Remote Support in 15 minute blocks
• Telephone Support in 15 minute blocks
